Creeping along

I am staying on plan, nothing special there. I've found eating at restaurants to be easier than I expected which is a good thing especially when the family is all at home.

Low fat and plant based is paying dividends for me.

Still on track

Although I went out for lunch with the family, I managed to stick to plant based items. Still, dinner was large enough that I skipped a regular dinner in favor of whole wheat banana blueberry muffins with no fat.

It's getting colder so walking isn't quite as pleasant as usual.

Post holiday report

In spite of dinners out and meals with relatives, I managed to stay on course. I brought along a lot of prepared food just in case I couldn't get what I wanted to eat but there were opportunities to eat whole grain bagels for breakfast, veggie sides for lunches and dinners that I could have.

So, instead of being up in weight after Christmas, I'm actually down a touch.

Walking the dog, walking in place, arm and leg raises.
