In spite of dinners out and meals with relatives, I managed to stay on course. I brought along a lot of prepared food just in case I couldn't get what I wanted to eat but there were opportunities to eat whole grain bagels for breakfast, veggie sides for lunches and dinners that I could have.
So, instead of being up in weight after Christmas, I'm actually down a touch.
Activity:
Walking the dog, walking in place, arm and leg raises.
Progress - 31 pounds down 2 and a half months since the start.
